Brockett v. Spokane Arcades

105 S. Ct. 2794 (1985)

On June 19, 1985, the Supreme Court ruled in Brockett v. Spokane Arcades that Washington's use of the word "lust" in its definition of "prurient interest" was unconstitutional.  Media Coalition submitted an amicus brief in the case.
