Challenge to Alaska Internet Censorship Law Moves Forward

After the Alaska Supreme Court's denied the state's motion for certification of questions, Media Coalition members and their co-plaintiffs in ABFFE v. Burns (originally ABFFE v. Sullivan) filed a renewed motion for summary judgment, asking the district court to make permanent the ban on enforcement guaranteed by the preliminary injunction granted late last year.
