United States v. Knox

32 F.3d 733 (3d. Cir. 1994)

On June 9, 1994, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in United States v. Knox that non-nude depictions of minors can be prosecuted as child pornography.   Media Coalition filed an amicus brief in this case.
