General Media Communications., Inc. v. Cohen
131 F.3d 273 (2d Cir. 1998)

In November 1997, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Military Honor and Decency Act, a law that banned the sale or rental, at a military facility, of any material that "depicts or describes nudity . . . in a lascivious way" was constitutional in General Media Communications, Inc. v. Cohen, a Media Coalition case.
