Jenkins v. Georgia 418 U.S. 153 (1974)
On June 24, 1974, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Jenkins v. Georgia that a local jury was wrong in declaring the movie Carnal Knowledge obscene. Media Coalition filed an amicus brief in this case.
