Summary:

On June 26, 1997, the Supreme Court struck down the Communications Decency Act, a law that made it a crime punishable by up to two years in prison and $250,000 in fines to publish indecent material on the Internet in a manner available to those under 18 years of age.  Media Coalition submitted an amicus brief.
