ACLU v. Johnson 194 F.3d 1149 (10th Cir. 1999)
On November 2, 1999, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in the Media Coalition case ACLU v. Johnson that New Mexico could not prohibit dissemination of material that is harmful to minors over the Internet.
