On February 21, 1989, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously in Fort Wayne Books, Inc. v. Indiana that the government may not use RICO laws to make a wholesale pre-trial seizure of books or magazines.  Media Coalition filed an amicus brief in support of Fort Wayne books.
