Ohio House Bill 8 Written by Media Coalition General Counsel Mike Bamberger to Ohio Gov. Taft urging him to not sign the bill. Media Coalition members have joined a coalition in commencing a lawsuit opposing this bill.

California Assembly Bill 1956: A bill requiring video game facilities to post signs warning of a claimed harm to minors.

Connecticut Raised Bill 406: A bill broadening the definition of "obscene to minors" to include dissemination of material over the Internet and changes the definition of child pornography.

Florida Senate Bill 730: A bill making it a felony to sell or rent an "adult video game" to anyone under the age of 21.

Florida House Bill 663: A bill making it a misdemeanor to sell or rent any video game either without an "official rating" or marked "unrated."

Washington House Bill 2363: A bill making it a misdemeanor to sell or rent any "violent video" to anyone under 18 years old.
